MONDAY CAFÉ AT THE READING ROOM
Monday morning 8.45am to 2pm Morning coffee, tea, homemade cakes and toasted tea cakes followed by, at 11.30am, homemade soup with fresh bread.
Please note that the Monday Café will be closed during the Christmas and New Year holidays on Monday the 22nd December and Monday the 29th December 2025

The Grenoside Sword Dance Traipse 10th January 2026
The Grenoside Sword Dance Traipse around the Village will take place on Saturday the 10th January 2026 with the first Dance at the Reading Room at 10.30am. Refreshments will be served from 10am onwards.

We are collecting plastic milk bottle tops at The Reading Room to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research (reg charity 516898) well over £14,000 raised so far! Thank you to all who are collecting!
